Christina started her sole proprietorship business Christina Perez Architect in Hollister, California in 1994. 

Prior to opening her office she received a degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin, obtained professional Architectural Licenses and had worked in a variety of business environments including Government and Private Sector Architectural Offices in Japan, Hawaii and California. 

Throughout these experiences Christina has enjoyed working as an Architect with a particular interest in Structures.  Every new project offers a challenge to see to the core of the design issues and to recommend fresh, efficient and pleasing design solutions.  The unique qualities of each project keep the practice of Architecture a pleasure and continue to refresh her love of the profession.

She believes that a comprehensive project design solution starts with site analysis optimizations and a clear understanding of the clients program.  The project then evolves thru communication with the client into a unique presentation of the client’s vision. .
